I recently hired iBuilders to complete a comprehensive remodel of my kitchen from design to build which included the removal of interior walls to achieve an open concept layout, new front entry door and closet, new windows, electrical, and the installation of LVP floors throughout. Alan and team were there every step of the way. They listened to our ideas and problem solved any complexities that arose during the renovation process and stayed with the job until it was complete. The result is beautiful and creates a functional and inviting area in my home for which I am truly appreciative.

I evaluated 5 different contractors via interviews, time quote and price quotes for my full house reno as well as bedroom addition. I ended-up choosing Alan / iBuilders for his approachability and flexibility in listening to my ideas and my budget constraints and coming-up with solutions on best he could deliver my dream. My biggest fear was that, once the contract has been signed, the contractor disappearing on me or deprioritizing my project (which happens a lot in bay area, just too many parallel constructions going on for the same contractor). This dint happen at all with Alan, he stuck to his deadline for the delivery of the house, he was there everyday and for every call I made to him for my issues/concerns/change in idea etc. He approached this entire project with so much empathy and care that I couldn't have asked for a better collaborator. On top of this, all this subcontractors are top-notch, the same guys showed up every day until that sub-project was over. Every single crew member was extremely professional, friendly and skilled. My house turned out exactly how I envisioned it and I am in love with my home. Thanks to Alan and his crew for helping me complete this project with so much ease and pleasure. Go with Alan, if you want peace of mind, sure-shot completion of project on promised date and with high quality work and service. He is not the cheapest in the quotes but the price is worth it if you consider how much pain and time it will save you. Alan and his crew are my trusted contractors going forward and I recommend iBuilders wholeheartedly to all my friends.

My hats off to Alan at iBuilders! I posted a simple job request on Yelp! and got a slew of responses. Most of them hadn't read the posting. Many were just sent an auto-response. Alan gave me his number and told me to call to get the information I was looking for. He answered on the first ring and in 15 minutes over the phone, he solved my issue. Then he graciously offered to let me call him back if I needed anything more. And no charge! He instilled such confidence that I immediately put his number in my contacts and I will call him the next time I have a paid job. Kudos to Alan for amazing customer service and for freely sharing his breadth of knowledge.

Allan came to do a assessment for our project, we were very impressed by how detailed and responsible he is, e.g., he's able to spot something that was missed by the architect, thanks to Allan, we were able to correct this in time with our architect which reduced the unnecessary work of our pj. Definitely great value. Overall strongly recommended.

iBuilders was one of three contractors asked to quote an existing ADU project to ensure our original contactors quote was reasonable. Alan arrived on time and equipped with the physical plans printed out (he was the only one). He was respectful, removing his shoes upon entry, and asked finding questions to better understand our scope without pushing a sales agenda (unlike many others). He was transparent on pricing, expectations, and offered helpful advice throughout the process, including good communication after our initial meeting. At first, we did not think iBuilders would be cost competitive, but later found out that they were among the best. Ultimately, we decided to use the original contractor due to our initial dedication, but I would not hesitate to use Alan in the future. Even after the decision was made to go with someone else, he was nothing but supportive, making himself available in the event any questions arose. Alan stated early on that regardless of working together, his goal was to leave a favorable impression of contractors. He achieved that. I cannot recommend Alan at iBuilders enough.

Alan is trustworthy and keeps to his words. When there was an issue, he calmly navigated the options. He was patient with my particularities and never rushed me on any decisions. I was able to text him freely when I had a question. He also offered suggestions as appropriate. The crew was friendly and worked diligently. He was present for all inspections and checked in as needed. Before the project wrapped up, he made sure everything was to my liking, including minor touch up requests. He is connected and is known in the building community as a knowledgeable person who has experience.
